Delete account

Deleting your Storyz account will permanently remove all of your data. This includes your profile, photos, videos, projects, posts, likes, collections, comments and followers. You can delete your account by yourself if you use the iPhone, iPad & Android Platforms of StoryZ.

On Android
To delete your account on an Android device:

  • 1. Navigate to the Home page and click on the  Profile icon.
  • 2. Access the Settings page using the  Icon located in the top-left corner.
  • 3. Within  Settings, select "Assist" and proceed to "User Data."
  • 4. Opt for account deletion by clicking on  Delete Account.
    • Confirm your decision:
  • 5. A warning popup will appear with essential details about account deletion.
  • 6. Click “OK” to complete the account deletion.
  • 7. A confirmation message, indicating that your account will be deleted within 15 days.
Note: Account deletion in progress, set for completion in 15 days. Cancel anytime within this period.
